How to View Webland Telangana Land Record Details?

How to Login to Webland?

Step 1: To access the new Webland Telaanga Portal, please click on this URL http://ccla.telangana.gov.in/onlineMeeSeva.do, once this page goes online and the website is under construction. It will available in couple month.

Step 2: You have to enter the some major details such as User ID, Password and the District. Once successfully login with webland Telangana account user can view the following services listed below:

• • Land holdings
  • Mutations
  • Administration
  • Master Directories

• Report/Checklist

This is how user can view land holding details and Mutations details just filling this information the personal information and  click on the generate option. Now you can take the printout.

KNOW YOUR STATUS ROR-1B & PAHANI

Step 1: directly go here: http://ccla.telangana.gov.in/landStatus.do

Step 2: Select District, division, mandal, village etc.

Step 3: Search using Khata No or Survey No. and click on get details.

Telangana Pahani (owner name, Khatta number, Survey Number) Request Online using Webland Portal?

Pahani is basically Tamil word contains the details of Khataa number, survey number and owner name. Let’s find out how to view khatta number in Telanag?

For tracking land owner name, survey number for plot, khatta number or kathni number for land user need to login to www.sarkarbhumi.telangana.gov.in website.

Note: above website works well at INTERNET EXPLORES.

Once website is working user’s need to select state, district, village to view the land records or user can view using the owner name or khaata or khatuni number.

Pattadar Pass Book on Webland Telangana

Step 1: Once the application submitted by the applicant through Mee Seva Web portal. Tahsildar has to go to the PPB Dashboard then should click on the “All the MeeSeva Mutation PPB Pending Requests for Accept/Reject” Screen, where he can see all the Mutation ID’s which are pending for approval.

• Tahsildar has to verify the pattadar details after clicking on “View Pahani”
• Tahsildar has to verify Khata Number particulars after clicking on “View ROR”
• Tahsildar has to verify Photo and other details (first page of e-ppb) of the pattadar after clicking on “PPB Holder Details”
• Tahsildar has to check all the details to be printed in e-ppb by clicking on “PPB Land Details”

Step 2: After verifying thoroughly Tahsildar approves the request and signs digitally

Step 3: Once Tahsildar verity and approved application and it will go VRO signature, after applicant’s will get the e-Pattadar Passbooks.

NOTE: – Tahsildar should approve the e-Passbook request only after surrender of previously issued Pattadar Passbook by entering all PPB Numbers in Webland.
